Mel B and daughter ‘can’t be alone’

MEL B may have passed her drug and drink tests — but she is still forbidden to be alone with daughter Madison for long periods.

And if the 43-year-old Brit attempts to take the seven-year-old out of America, she may lose custody, warned an LA judge.

It means Scary Spice will have to sacrifice seeing Madison as she undergoes a ‘long-term stint’ in rehab in the UK, where she is due to be treated for PTSD.

The restrictions were imposed even though Mel passed her first court-ordered drink and drug tests. Papers released on Friday confirmed her clean bill of health.

Judge Mark Juhas, who is hearing her custody fight with ex Stephen Belafonte, says Madison can have overnight visits with her mum if another adult is around.
