ZAYN MALIK chugged on a roll-up cigarette after telling fans he is trying to work his way through his issues.

The Pillowtalk singer, who was pictured puffing away on a Hollywood street, gave an update on his ‘anxiety’, which has seen him can a bunch of stage shows.

Zayn, 24, explained he felt ‘like I’m trying to work through whatever certain issues are around certain subjects’.

The reclusive star promised fans they would see more of him ‘properly’ soon. ‘I’m not a very outgoing social person in terms of a big group of people,’ he said in behind-the-scenes footage from his US Vogue cover shoot with girlfriend Gigi Hadid, 22.

‘When we’re ready to put the second album out, people are going to start seeing me a bit more. It’s been a year since I properly showed my face.’
