VICTORIA BECKHAM doesn’t want her daughter Harper to idolise women who ‘plaster themselves in make-up’.

Posh, who has her own cosmetics range, reckons there is nothing inspiring about image-obsessed celebrities. The 43-year-old mum-of-four, pictured sharing beauty treatments with her five-year-old, asked: ‘Is it cool for young girls to wear tons of make-up these days? Surely the women that young girls look up to don’t tend to plaster themselves in make-up.’

The former Spice Girl, who likes to post her makeovers online, also said: ‘Hopefully, she’s not going to want to wear short skirts and dresses.

‘When I used to want to wear short skirts and dresses, that’s how people were dressing. I’m not sure it’s the same now.’
