GAME Of Thrones hunk Kit Harington confessed, ‘I blew my load early’ when his marriage proposal didn’t go quite as planned.
Forget winter… the actor says he didn’t know popping the question was coming when he suddenly found himself down on bended knee ahead of schedule.
Recalling his hapless proposal to former GoT co-star Rose Leslie, he said: ‘I was going to string up lights in some trees and do all the romantic stuff but we were in the country and under this beautiful sky and had a log burning and red wine.’
He then added: ‘I blew my load early!’
Immediately regretting his choice of words while being questioned by Jonathan Ross, Kit laughed: ‘Sorry, that’s a really bad expression!
‘I was meant to do it the day after. What I meant to say was I popped my question a bit early, NOT blew my load!’
The couple, both 30, revealed their engagement in traditional style, with an announcement in The Times.
Kit admits tying the knot to Rose — who played wildling Ygritte — could wreak havoc with shooting the final season.
He told a producer: ‘You need to factor in a Game Of Thrones wedding. They [the cast] have all got to be there, so the whole thing has to be shut down.’
He also said he has no problem getting his, ahem, kit off.
‘I’ll get them out for anyone,’ giggled the star, who is a guest on The Jonathan Ross Show at 9.45pm on ITV tomorrow.
