Why Kanye West doesn’t click with social media
RAPPER and entrepreneur Kanye West is a man of many talents — but photography isn’t one of them, according to his wife.
Social media supremo Kim Kardashian has revealed her hubby is ‘not the best photographer’.
Speaking at the Forbes Women’s Summit in New York City, she recalled one particularly disastrous photoshoot while the couple were on holiday in Japan.
‘Kanye and I woke up at 3am and we couldn’t get back to sleep and I said let’s go into, in this town in Tokyo where there are all these bright lights,’ she said.
‘Let’s go take all these pictures and we’ll post them on social media and it will look so cool.’
But the results were a ‘mess’, according to Kim, and she didn’t hold back, telling him: ‘You ruined what my social media was going to look like.’
But the reality TV star — who has eased off on the self-promotion herself since being robbed at gunpoint in Paris last year — did manage to keep things in perspective, admitting that while they scrapped the shoot, they ‘got the good experience’.
Earlier this year, Kanye deleted all his social media accounts reportedly because they weren’t a ‘healthy outlet’ — but perhaps the truth is he and cameras just don’t click.
