Westwick’s back on party scene after sex charges are dropped

ED Westwick was in party mood after a sex assault case against him was dropped.

The Gossip Girl star had been accused of raping two women and sexually assaulting a third. But prosecutors in LA last week dismissed the 2014 allegations due to insufficient evidence.

Ed was then seen letting his hair down at SBE’s Sunset Strip hot spot Hyde with model girlfriend Jessica Serfaty and pals on Friday. One reveller said he was ‘in great spirits’.

The actor, 31, had denied the allegations on social media but later deleted the posts. In the wake of the scandal, the BBC sacked Westwick from their adaptation of Agatha Christie’s Ordeal By Innocence and reshot his scenes.
