Steve Tyler: Why I did miss a few things

AEROSMITH frontman Steve Tyler wanted to be a womaniser in his heyday — but took too many drugs.

The rocker — dad to actress Liv — clocked up ‘a lot of sex’ but dodged STDs as he was distracted getting high instead.

The I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing singer said: ‘Remember, I am from the ’70s. We had lots of sex. If it wasn’t for the fact I loved getting high as much as I did and spending time with the guys and writing songs, or even girls getting high, I might have contracted those things (sexually-transmitted diseases).’

Tyler, 70, told Fox News he ‘certainly had my way with women’, but insisted he never crossed the line. ‘As horny as I was, I could never push myself on a woman that said stop. I just don’t have it in me.’
