Snake gives Holly Willoughby the slithers live on This Morning

HOLLY WILLOUGHBY was rattled when a snake lifted up her skirt live on air on ITV’s This Morning yesterday.

The presenter came close to a hissy fit after the 14ft python, appearing as part of the show’s I’m A Celebrity coverage, coiled itself around her leg. ‘What do I do!’ she said. ‘I don’t know what to do. Can you get it off? That made me panic a bit!’

Handlers came to the rescue but there was more trouble when a technical fault interrupted the broadcast for 12 minutes.

Unaware, Willoughby, 36, and Phillip Schofield, 55, interviewed wildlife presenter Ben Fogle with nobody watching. Later Holly said: ‘I think it was the snake’s fault.’
