Shy gal RiRi in the pink at being so street
RIHANNA still has some hang-ups from being a ‘loner’ when she was younger.
The pop vixen decided to reveal her shy roots before confidently rocking out a see-through pink Nina Ricci frock for her online followers.
Speaking before her posing session, RiRi, 29, shared: ‘I was a bit of a loner at times. Cadets was my one outlet. I didn’t do any sports, just cadets.
‘Little things that you learn in cadets follow you through your life. Even the way I line my toiletries from tallest to smallest. The discipline really sticks with you,’ she said.
‘I enjoyed it. I kind of still am that same way. I like to be able to dip in to that scene but I like to dip out to be by myself and watch TV.’
These days the Work singer is more than a little street.
In fact, she is having one named after her back in her homeland, Barbados.
She grew up on Westbury New Road on the Caribbean island, but officials are renaming it Rihanna Drive in her honour.
