Rita Ora suffers a case of ‘percussion’

RITA’S biggest ‘banger’ to date might surprise you… she was bashed by a tambourine earlier this month.

Looking back at her most memorable stage mishaps, she singled out her performance at the Fashion Awards in London’s Royal Albert Hall.

‘I performed Freedom by George Michael,’ she recalled. ‘I was working on the tambourine, whacking it on my thigh, then my whole thigh went blue… I’m completely bruised.’

■ AS FOR her New Year resolutions, Rita is hoping to take her foot off the gas.

‘Maybe try not to work as much,’ mused the former X Factor judge. ‘I’m a workaholic but I should look after myself a little more.’

But any break won’t be for long — an ‘excited’ Rita is aiming to drop her second album in March, ‘then the European tour starts in May’.
