Rick Astley’s Never Gonna Foo-get that duet

RICK Astley’s duet with the Foo Fighters was last year’s most unlikely collaboration.

And the Never Gonna Give You Up singer admits he has ‘no idea’ why singer Dave Grohl invited him on stage in Japan.

The 51-year-old said: ‘It just all went nuts. He whispered, “We’re doing your tune but we’re gonna do it like Teen Spirit”. And off we went.’

He also loves the Rickroll meme that brought him online fame: ‘It’s been great to me. I can’t have any negative thoughts about it.’
