THINKING of picking James Blunt’s You’re Beautiful as a possible wedding song?

Perhaps you should reconsider after the singer revealed the frankly creepy story behind the lyrics.

‘You’re Beautiful is not this soft romantic f***ing song,’ the former Army officer and top Twitter clapbacker told the Huffington Post.

‘It’s about a guy who’s high as a kite on drugs in the subway stalking someone else’s girlfriend when that guy is there in front of him.

‘He should be locked up or put in prison.’

So what does the 43-year-old make of all those couples who choose the noughties earworm for their big day? ‘These people are f***ed up,’ said Blunt, whose new album The Afterlove is out now.
