Posh… upstaged by her own genes
VICTORIA BECKHAM faced some stiff competition for publicity at New York Fashion Week yesterday — from her eldest son.
The 43-year-old fashion designer proudly unveiled her spring/summer 2018 collection at the Cunard Building but across the Big Apple there was buzz about son Brooklyn’s book launch.
Husband David, 42, took a front-row seat at her show alongside Brooklyn, 18, and new editor of British Vogue Edward Enninful.
Victoria, who posted a snap of herself ironing dresses backstage at the last minute, emerged for her applause in a pair of baggy denim jeans and heels.
But shaven-headed Brooklyn later had a launch of his own for his What I See photography book at the Rizzoli Bookstore down the street on Broadway.
Brooklyn, who is in Manhattan to study at the Parsons School of Design, seemed to be breaking hearts the night before. His ex-girlfriend, singer Madison Beer (below), 18, looked upset when he hopped in a yellow cab home.
