Paris Hilton sparks ‘fix’ claims as she ruins Love Island’s big reveal
REALITY TV’s Paris Hilton left Love Island fans mystified when she congratulated Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham before they were announced as winners of the hit ITV2 show.
The Simple Life star’s message sparked conspiracy theories among viewers after she tweeted the couple an hour before host Caroline Flack declared them winners. The 37-year-old heiress, who DJs in nearby Ibiza during the summer, posted: ‘Congrats @Dani_MasDyer & @Jack_Charlesf on winning @LoveIsland you both deserve it!’
Some fans accused Hilton of ‘ruining’ the result.
One wrote: ‘How did Paris Hilton know Dani and Jack won #loveisland before it was aired? Either a fix or a very big mouthed producer friend!’ Hilton had been rooting for the pair since they entered the Majorcan villa in June. Revealing her love for the couple, she told her 17.2million followers: ‘@LoveIsland Jack & Dani are goals!’
She was one of the first people Dyer tweeted after her victory. ‘Thankyou so much Thankyou for all your support! Can’t believe your (sic) tweeting us,’ the aspiring actress, 22, wrote.
