Paloma: I feel so betrayed by Brexit

PALOMA FAITH has swapped the stage for the soapbox after penning a politically charged tune inspired by Brexit.

The Picking Up The Pieces singer felt compelled to write her new ditty Guilty, out now, about Britain’s vote last year to withdraw from the EU.

‘I wrote this the week Brexit happened, from the perspective of someone who voted Leave and regretted it,’ she said, adding that she felt voters were ‘betrayed’ by the lack of information.

‘I wanted to show empathy for what that might feel like,’ said Paloma, 36.
