Now we’ll be Hoff on our honeymoon

FORMER Baywatch star David Hasselhoff has married the Welsh fan he first met when she asked for his autograph.

Hasselhoff, 66, and Hayley Roberts, 38, wed in Italy on Tuesday, watched by close friends and family.

The couple (pictured) met in 2011 when former sales assistant Hayley asked the then Britain’s Got Talent judge for his autograph during an event in Cardiff. The Hoff, who has been married twice before, asked for her phone number, and popped the question two years ago.

Recently revealing the plans for their big day in Puglia, he called it ‘a very small wedding with her family from Wales’, adding: ‘From there we’re gonna go to the Maldives and we’ll stay underwater for about two weeks.’

Hayley has said she is not worried about the 28-year age gap, adding: ‘I don’t want to miss out on being with someone I love.’
