Nicole reaches boiling point in kitchen with on-screen hubby

THEY say if you can’t stand the heat… but there was no getting out of the kitchen for Nicole Kidman in this steamy scene from HBO TV series Big Little Lies.

The actress is shown romping on a worktop with co-star Alexander Skarsgård, 40, whose character Perry Wright revealed glimpses of his domineering personality during the clinch.

Kidman, 49, as Perry’s wife Celeste, appears to be enjoying herself as he places a hand around her throat — but is later seen examining her bruises in the shower.

The scene from the fifth episode is typical of the Wrights, whose marriage swings between rows and love-making. But Kidman has said the show has a good message as the female characters ‘help and support each other’.
