Never Ever give in to fear, say All Saints

SPREAD love, not hate — that was the message delivered loud and clear by All Saints as they took to the stage yesterday.

Singer Shaznay Lewis hailed the crowd’s defiance at the Mighty Hoopla festival in Victoria Park as fans turned out to party just hours after the London Bridge terror attack.

Celebrating the ‘unity’ on display, the 41-year-old promised: ‘I’m going to give you my f***ing all for the next 30 minutes.

‘This is the London I know and love.’

Lewis was joined on stage by bandmates Melanie Blatt, 42, Natalie Appleton, 44, and her 42-year-old sister Nicole as they rattled through their catalogue of hits.

Other big pop performances came from up-and-comer Raye, Years & Years, Will Young and Fleur East.
