Nelly: I’m no rapist and I’ll sue

RAPPER Nelly is threatening to sue a woman who alleges he raped her on his tour boss.

The hip hop star, 42, was arrested on Saturday over an alleged sexual assault after a gig in Auburn, Washington, in the US.

But, after being released without charge, Nelly yesterday tweeted ‘Y’all know damm well I ain’t do no dumm s*** like this.’ He told fans he was ‘beyond shocked’ at the ‘false allegation’.

‘I am completely innocent. I will be vindicated. And I assure you, I will pursue every legal option to address this defaming claim,’ the Hot In Herre chart-topper added.
