Miley Cyrus drives Wrecking Ball through brother’s Dolce & Gabbana debut

MILEY CYRUS looks to have applied the brakes to her little brother’s fledgling modelling career — by prompting the fashion powerhouse that gave him his big break to sack him.
The pop star congratulated 23-year-old Braison on Instagram following his catwalk debut for Dolce & Gabbana in Milan at the weekend.
But she then took a swipe at the Italian brand in what was widely interpreted as a criticism of its decision to dress US president Donald Trump’s wife Melania.
‘D&G, I strongly disagree with your politics… but I do support your company’s effort to celebrate young artists and give them the platform to shine their light for all to see,’ she wrote.
The 24-year-old prompted an angry response from D&G co-founder Stefano Gabbana — who made it clear that Braison can say ‘arrivederci’ to any future runway jobs with the company.
‘Ignorant!’ the designer, 54, raged. ‘For your stupid comment never more work with him.’
He continued: ‘We are Italian and we don’t care about politics. We make dresses. We don’t need your posts, so next time, please, ignore us.’
Animal-lover Miley, who backed Mr Trump’s beaten presidential election opponent Hillary Clinton, may also have been expressing her disapproval at D&G’s use of fur in some of its designs.
Hopefully Braison won’t be too disappointed if he does find himself frozen out of the fashion world as — according to his big sis — his heart belongs to making music.
Miley also wrote in her Instagram post: ‘He is one of the most talented musicians my ears have ever been given the gift of hearing.’
