Mel B’s job on the line over £500k tax debts

MEL B fears she will lose her America’s Got Talent job after admitting she and ex-husband Stephen Belfonte owe £500,000 in unpaid taxes.

In court papers, the ex-Spice Girl wrote: ‘I do not know if I will be asked back as a Judge on America’s Got Talent.’

Being unable to repay her ‘immense tax debts’, dating back to 2016, was of the ‘utmost concern,’ she added.

Part of the singer’s £188,000-a-month salary is being ‘garnished’ to pay her debts, reports The Blast.

News of the 43-year-old’s financial woes come weeks after she hinted she had fallen for a mystery man. ‘The way he makes me laugh and smile gives me butterflies beyond belief #truelove #finally,’ she wrote on Instagram.
