Marilyn Manson injured as props fall at show

ROCKER Marilyn Manson was injured after two giant prop guns toppled on him on stage in New York.

The US metal star was performing a cover of the Eurythmics’ track Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This) when he appeared to attempt to climb a scaffold and the scenery ‘came crashing down’. Saturday’s show was stopped as Manson, 48, was taken to hospital.

Fans at the Hammerstein Ballroom ‘instantly freaked out’, one told the BBC. A source said the singer ‘should be fine’.
