Love in lockdown for Into The Ark

INTO THE ARK’S Taylor Jones was once put on lockdown by an ex-girlfriend during a messy break-up.

He said he had nowhere to run after deciding to dump his former flame.

‘I grew some balls, “Enough is enough,”’ Taylor told GP. ‘I try and leave and she’s locked the front door.

‘I go to the back door — that was locked. I even resorted to windows, which she’d locked as well,’ he said.

After ‘about half an hour’ she let him out, but Taylor, 20, returned with his tail between his legs having forgotten his phone charger.

‘She ran up the stairs and threw it at me,’ he laughed. Into The Ark, completed by Dane Lloyd, 26, were runners-up on last year’s The Voice UK. The duo’s new single, Caroline, is out now.
