Lorde’s cure for a broken heart? Tequila… lots of it!

ALL Lorde needed to fix her broken heart … was a bottle of tequila.

While making her second album, Melodrama, the New Zealand singer split from long-term boyfriend James Lowe.

‘The world was like, “Alright, we’re going to toss everything up in the air and it’s all going to come down in a really crazy way”,’ Lorde, 20, told Vogue Australia.

And she dealt with it by putting her party hat on. ‘I was like: “I don’t want to think about it… I want to drink tequila and dance to Nelly Furtado”.’

And Lorde says being the fashion bible’s cover star is a big deal.

‘I used to get called monobrow at school, that brow is on cover of Vogue,’ she tweeted yesterday.
