Less is more as Britney Spears goes on stage in Bare-lin

IT WAS a case of Gimme Less for Britney Spears as she pole danced in her skimpies during a gig in Germany.

Hopefully, the Gimme More singer knew she was in Berlin after she was heard asking her backing dancers on stage at Saturday’s Brighton Pride ‘where are we?’ before shouting out: ‘What’s up Brighton!’.

Brit’s precarious stage get-up, in front of 17,000 fans in Berlin for her Piece Of Me show, was in keeping with her beauty tips. She champions a ‘less is more’ look.

The mum-of-two, 36, divulged: ‘I don’t like a lot of make-up. I have to do that for my show, for presentation, but in my day-to-day life I’m a T-shirt kind of girl. Because I have to wear so much make-up for shows, when I’m off I wear mascara — that’s it.’

Perhaps explaining her liking for fishnet stockings, the American pop princess also said: ‘I like a kind of gothic look in most situations.’
