Leaner Leona Lewis gets fans X-cited in a flash

LEONA LEWIS came very close to putting on an X-rated display for lover Dennis Jauch, who cheered her on as she performed in a see-through frock.

The former X Factor champ was eager to flaunt the impressive results of her new toned physique as she belted out her hits at an MTV Staying Alive gala on Wednesday in a plunging nude outfit.

The 32-year-old’s German choreographer beau watched closely from the sidelines as Leona sang out Bleeding Love, Run and Thunder.

Her gig was held to support charities fighting HIV and Aids in Africa.
