Lana del Ray: I can’t sleep after fans invaded my property

LANA DEL REY says she has been living out a real-life Panic Room situation after she discovered fans were creeping around her house while she was still at home.
Her ‘scary s***’ ordeal has left the sultry US songstress having problems sleeping after she revealed the raiders also made off with her cars.
The 32-year-old Born To Die singer said: ‘Someone stole both my cars. All the scary s***. I’ve had people in my house for sure, and I didn’t know they were there while I was there.
‘I f***ing called the police. I locked the door.’
Despite being freaked out, Del Rey is trying to keep a level head about the intruders, adding: ‘Obviously, that’s the one in 100,000 people who’s crazy.’ Meanwhile, she admits it’s time she stopped singing about her abusive relationships. With lyrics like Ultraviolence’s ‘He hit me and it felt like a kiss’, she admitted: ‘I don’t like it. I don’t sing it. I sing Ultraviolence, but I don’t sing that line any more.’
Del Rey further admitted to Pitchfork magazine: ‘Having someone be aggressive in a relationship was the only relationship I knew.’
While she would not reveal whether the lyric was ‘100 per cent true,’ she went on: ‘I do feel comfortable saying what I was used to was a difficult, tumultuous relationship, and it wasn’t because of me.’
Del Rey plays a surprise UK show at The O2 Academy in London’s Brixton on Monday.
