Justin Bieber’s mum takes a break… literally

JUSTIN BIEBER’S mum really did take a break as the pair jetted off on holiday together.

Poor Pattie Mallette suffered a broken foot on the first day of a getaway to the Maldives.

‘There are worse places to be hurt, I am sure,’ Pattie, 41, said. ‘I had to take a few boats and sea planes to get it treated but I had awesome helpers and a really cool wheelchair made for sand’.

Thankfully, the incident didn’t ruin any photo opps. Indeed, Biebs, 23, shared a snap of himself and his ma with resort staff yesterday.

Earlier, Pattie leapt to her son’s defence amid reports girlfriend Selena Gomez’s mum disapproves of him. ‘I’m so proud of the amazing young man you are becoming,’ she gushed online.
