Julia Michaels’s new single Jumps into love issues

JULIA MICHAELS was left heartbroken when her old flame cheated on her at the gym — no wonder she has Issues.

‘My ex-boyfriend left me for his personal trainer,’ she told GP, quipping: ‘So that’s a good story.’

But the US singer, 24, isn’t too upset. ‘Whatever! You live, you learn, life goes on, right?’ she shrugged.

Indeed, new tune Jump (out now) is about how she bounced back after being dumped. ‘It’s about falling in love for the first time after a break-up,’ she said. ‘When you go through something like that, your body is like, “Resist, resist, it’s not real, it’s not happening!”’
