Joe Wicks needs your body (for his world record)

JOE WICKS is challenging his fans to join him in a Guinness World Record attempt — but he won’t be recommending a crash diet in preparation.
The Body Coach wants to break the record for the largest public HIIT (high intensity interval training) session in London’s Hyde Park this Wednesday.
The current record is 3,687 participants, but Joe hopes to lead at least 5,000 through his half-hour workout during the British Summer Time Hyde Park event.

Admitting to feeling nervous about the record attempt, Joe joked: ‘It will probably be me that faints — from the pressure.’
But one thing he won’t be expecting is people to turn up with ripped beach bodies, as he told the Press Association he doesn’t ‘believe in last-minute panicking and dropping calories to get a quick result’.
Instead Joe recommends drinking more water, taking the time to prepare nutritious meals and doing regular HIIT work outs.
TheHIIT session will take place at 6pm on July 5 as part of the weekday OPEN HOUSE schedule of events at Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park
