Jay Z talks therapy

JAY Z has opened up about struggling with mental health issues.
Speaking in the latest of his Footnotes videos about his new album 4:44, the rapper said there was still a stigma around seeking help, particularly in the black community.
‘We can’t go to get therapists,’ he said. ‘You crazy at that point. It’s like, “A psychiatrist? You crazy.”
‘Three of your brothers are dead and your mother used to beat you. You need help.
‘Someone needs to talk you through why you’re feeling these feelings.’
The clip also features actor Michael B. Jordan, Chris Rock, Michael Che, Trevor Noah and Meek Mill.
Jay Z is due to headline V Festival this weekend.
