JAY-Z stops gig to give cancer survivor a hug

JAY-Z delighted a superfan who has survived cancer by inviting her to join him on stage.

The rapper, 48, spotted Christina Cruz’s sign that read: ‘I BEAT CANCER 2X 2 C U! I LOVE U!!! SELFIE OR HUG?’

Before embracing her, he told a crowd in California: ‘You beat cancer twice, I gotta give you at least a hug.’ She posted later: ‘I can’t believe he pulled me on stage and I got to hug him not once but twice!

‘Truly a dream come true! Thank you JAY-Z!’
