Jamie Foxx off hook as police close case against him

JAMIE FOXX will not be charged over allegations he slapped a woman in the face with his penis.

The actor had dismissed the claims as an ‘absurd lie’, and now Las Vegas police have confirmed the case is closed.

The 50-year-old had been accused of hitting an unnamed woman in the face with his appendage after she refused to perform a sex act on him at a party in 2002.

But a police spokesman said the Ray star would face no action as the statute of limitation for the alleged offence is three years — meaning no charges could be brought after 2005. The deadline to bring a civil lawsuit against Foxx has also passed, TMZ reports.
