James Corden’s bleurgh! Rueful star says sorry for Sean Spicer kiss

A REGRETFUL James Corden compared kissing Sean Spicer to a drunken one night stand.

The star apologised to fans left fuming by his antics with the president’s ex-spokesman at the Emmys, saying: ‘Hollywood phonies kissing up to Sean Spicer are disgusting. I mean, who did this?’

Addressing the backlash, The Late Late Show host, 39, added: ‘Ever have that feeling when you get drunk, wake up and think, “Oh God, who did I kiss last night?” It’s like that.’

Asking fans for forgiveness, he added: ‘Understandably, some people have been disappointed by this photo. In truth, I’m disappointed as well.

‘I have read a lot of harsh comments on Twitter and I hear you loud and clear, truly, I do.’
