Jake Gyllenhaal’s ready to be a dad

JAKE GYLLENHAAL’S finally learned to lighten up — so much so he now yearns to become a dad.

The singleton, who is famously sensitive about being asked about his ex, Taylor Swift, said: ‘I’ve learned to have a sense of humour about things. There will always be opinions. I’ve made my peace with that.’

The actor added: ‘I want to continue becoming more of an adult than I already am. Hopefully with a family of my own.’

His chill-out comes after he joked about Swift making track All Too Well about their 2010 fling.

Asked about the prospect of another ditty, he quipped: ‘She sort of moved more into pop now.’

The 36-year-old also revealed his parenthood ambition is being inspired by sister Maggie’s kids — Ramona, ten, and five-year-old Gloria.

‘They are the most amazing girls,’ he said.
