LADY GAGA revealed her favourite mode of transportation — being ferried about on stage on the back of one of her sexy dancers.

The pop star put on a typically barnstorming performance while closing out the final weekend of Coachella music festival yesterday.

So who can blame the Do What U Want singer for taking a break and hitching a piggyback ride from a shirtless member of her troupe.

Rattling through multiple outfit changes — including a pair of studded shorts and knee-high boots — Gaga also paused to pay tribute to a friend who is battling cancer.

The 31-year-old asked the crowd at Indio, California, to think of her long-term pal Sonja by singing along to her smash The Edge Of Glory.

‘My friend Sonja is very sick,’ she told fans. ‘I love her so much and if it’s OK with you, I’d like to sing this song for her.’
