I’m telling the hoof, says Liam Neeson

IT WAS a case of ‘neigh, surely not!’ when Liam Neeson was reacquainted with his mane co-star from a western.
Neeson, 66, soon to be seen in The Ballad Of Buster Scruggs, claims the horse recognised him.
‘The odd thing is, the horse who pulls my wagon knew me,’ he told the New York Post. ‘You won’t believe it… he actually remembered me from another western we made a while back. When we worked together before, I took special care of him, I fed him treats. He whinnied when he saw me. And pawed the ground.’
Neeson can be seen in London tonight at the premiere of his crime drama Widows at the BFI.
