Hollywood star Will Smith joins Boots to sell son’s water

HOLLYWOOD star Will Smith has been offered a full-time job at Boots — after he stunned shoppers while on work experience as a customer assistant.
The Men In Black and Wild Wild West actor, 49, patrolled the aisles with his staff badge at the store at Westfield shopping centre in White City, west London.
He was pictured with staff, posed for selfies and high-fived customers during his surprise appearance which was to help his son, singer Jayden, 20, launch an eco-friendly water range.

Praising his lads’ entrepreneurial skills, Smith explained how Jayden came up with the ethical brand, Just Water.
It uses paper-based bottles that are fully recyclable, while the water also comes from recycled ‘excess’ wasted by communities.
Smith, whose wife is actress Jada Pinkett, said: ‘While Jaden was surfing as a young kid, some plastic water bottles floated by him and he soon realised that they were dirtying our oceans and killing the environment. He was immediately motivated to do something to save our planet, our future — and with that wish, Just Water was born.’

High street giant Boots loved his sales pitch and quickly tried to recruit him permanently for the shop floor. It tweeted: ‘Will, if you want to join us full time go to boots.jobs!’
Meanwhile, Jayden said of his venture: ‘By partnering with a retailer like Boots, it’s exciting that so many people across the UK can feel like they are giving back to the environment by drinking Just.
‘Boots shares the same values as Just through its social responsibility and dedication to sustainability and I’m excited to work with them for the UK launch.’
The water will be available in 800 Boots stores.
