His secret’s snout… James nose op piled on pounds

JAMES ARTHUR found it Impossible to pick the right outfit for the Brits after piling on the pounds while recovering from surgery on his nose.

‘I’ve been really sick for the last two weeks because I had an operation to get my septum fixed so I can breathe better,’ he told GP at Sony’s Brits bash in the Aqua Shard.

‘I put on a stone and couldn’t find anything to fit me — I was like, “s***!”.’ Looking perfectly dapper in a blue jacket and patterned shirt, James, 28, was self-deprecating about his chances of appearing on James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke. ‘I asked him, and he was like, “We’re only doing Beyoncé and Rihanna”,’ joked James, who did at least make it on to the stage of The Late Late Show last month. ‘We had a bit of banter about it.’
