Hackers tweeted Noel, not me, says Liam Gallagher

LIAM GALLAGHER says he has called the cops over his tweets which slammed his brother Noel’s Manchester tribute gig.
The outspoken star said he wasn’t the one who branded his big brother’s tears at a benefit gig a ‘PR stunt’.
Liam, 45, was mauled by fans for letting sibling rivalry eclipse the memory of the victims of the Manchester Arena bombings.
Now he has told Newsweek: ‘That wasn’t me. Someone hacked my Twitter account. I wouldn’t say stuff like that. The police are looking into it.’
As for Noel, 50, he said after the show — where he sang Oasis hit Don’t Look Back In Anger — that he wasn’t crying when he wiped his eye.
