Gwyneth Paltrow openly laughs at Goop’s lifestyle advice

GWYNETH PALTROW has finally admitted that some of the advice dished out on her lifestyle website is a bit out there.
Speaking to US talkshow host Jimmy Kimmel about the concept of ‘earthing’, she struggled to explain what it was about.
‘I don’t actually know that much about earthing,’ she admitted, before adding: ‘They say that we’ve lost touch with sort of being barefoot in the earth and that there’s some type of electromagnetic thing that we’re missing.
‘So it’s good to take your shoes off and walk in the grass…’ she tailed off before laughing: ‘I don’t know what the f*** we talk about!’
When Jimmy asked: ‘So sometimes there are things that you go, oh that seems a little bit… much?’ she admitted: ‘Oh yeah for sure.’
And Gwyneth didn’t seem to know much about the practice of squatting either.
When Jimmy asked if she truly believed it led to a ‘flatter stomach and more satisfying life’, as Goop claims, she said: ‘Ha! I don’t know. I’ve never read that before.’
And she seemed similarly clueless about the jade eggs her site sells to help women improve their pelvic floor muscles.
When asked how they work, she joked: ‘I don’t know, I need to start my jade egg practice,’ before defending the product, saying: ‘Women have actually had incredible results… I suppose it tones the pelvic floor… [and has] all kinds of amazing benefits.’
