Got your Beck! Beckhams put on a united front…

There was thunder Down Under as Posh’n’Becks arrived in Sydney yesterday.

David and Victoria looked stony-faced after the fallout from his comments about their marriage – and as it emerged masked raiders had targeted their £6million home in the Cotswolds.

There were no smiles for the cameras during a visit to Bondi Beach with their three youngest children. One reason could have been the news that three people wearing balaclavas were caught on CCTV attempting to break into their home in Oxfordshire on Friday.

But yesterday was also the day Australian TV aired the full interview in which Becks, 43, addressed rumours circulating earlier this year that the couple were on the verge of splitting up.

In an earlier teaser for his chat with The Sunday Project, the ex-footballer admitted his 19-year marriage was sometimes ‘complicated’ and ‘hard work’. He went on to clarify that the couple’s separate globe-trotting expeditions can cause ‘difficult situations’.

Last week, after his comments were made public, fashion designer Victoria, 44, slinked off to a wellness retreat in Baden-Baden, Germany.

But yesterday the couple who have four children – Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 16, Cruz, 13, and seven-year-old Harper – put on a united front.

Becks is in Australia to join the Duke and Duchess of Sussex for the Invictus Games.
