Foo Fighters Rick’n’roll treat for star fans

FOO FIGHTERS pulled in a star-studded crowd as Kylie Minogue, Brian May, Simon Pegg and Stella McCartney watched them raise the roof at London’s O2 Arena.

And the rockers shocked fans by inviting ‘badass motherf***er’ Rick Astley to jam with them at Tuesday’s sell-out show. After the ’80s icon performed hit Never Gonna Give You Up, Foos’ frontman Dave Grohl, 48, asked: ‘How am I going to follow that?’

The band showcased tracks from new album Concrete and Gold (out now), at the gig. But a Monkey Wrench was in the works for some fans, who were turned away for failing to present ID with their tickets.
