Fergie on her new life as a single mum

FERGIE says her clubbing days are over now she is a single mum.
The singer is readjusting to being a singleton after she and hubby of eight years, actor Josh Duhamel, 45, split earlier this year.
Mum to their four-year-old son Axl Jack, Fergie, 42, told Guilty Pleasures: ‘Getting to hang out in a club is a once in a while deal and it is really appreciated. I used to have that all the time.’
She added: ‘I don’t get as much free time. That’s for sure.’
The ex-Black Eyed Peas singer now finds herself juggling many balls as she globe-trots plugging new album Double Dutchess.
‘Everything takes longer because there is this little human being you want to take care of.’
And she’s not one for the easy life, after revealing she challenged herself to make a video for every single track on her new record.
‘It’s a labour of love,’ she said. ‘I’ve always been a visual person, so I was like, “F*** it, let’s do a video for every song.”’
And the newly single star says returning to the UK, where she once lived, is a perfect distraction from her turbulent year.
‘I love the humour,’ she said of British life. ‘Sometimes people are a little too serious.
‘What I love about the Brits is everyone can have quite a laugh at something. Nothing is too serious.
‘Everything has a little snigger. I appreciate that way of thinking.’
