Ewan McGregor chooses not to make fuss

CHOOSE life. Choose a job. Choose not to throw a tantrum when you’re turned away from a party… seems to be Ewan McGregor’s motto at the moment.

The Trainspotting star’s plans were briefly derailed at the weekend when he was refused entry to Green Day’s post-performance bash at BST.

But, rather than kick up a stink and play the, ‘Do you know who I am?’ card, McGregor, 46, took the rejection on the chin on Saturday.

‘He was so nice about it,’ a source told GP, ‘He accepted it and walked away’.

However, it all worked out in the end. Organisers spotted the Scottish actor making his exit and quickly righted the wrong by ushering him into the VIP party.
