Ella Eyre ‘in a good place’ after split from Rixton’s Lewi Morgan

ELLA EYRE is letting the Good Times roll after bouncing back from her break-up with Rixton’s Lewi Morgan.
In an exclusive chat with Guilty Pleasures, she said she is lapping up the single life since ending their two-year relationship in February.
‘I am very happy, I’m in a good place,’ gushed Ella. ‘I had an epiphany… I’ve had three serious relationships and have f*** all to show for it, so I’m just enjoying my youth.’
Not that there is any bad blood with Morgan, 29. ‘I’m friends with all my exes and Lewi is one of them,’ insisted Ella. ‘I’m still in touch with his family and his band is coming back with new music, so I’m checking up on that to see how it’s going.’
The boy band fave can breathe a sigh of relief, too, after Ella ruled out writing about her relationship woes. ‘The way me and Lewi split up was so mutual, calm and respectful,’ she added. ‘I’d struggle to write an interesting song about it because it was the most uninteresting break-up ever!’
Back with new single Ego featuring Ty Dolla Sign, which is out on August 11, the only thing that leaves Ella feeling deflated these days is… balloons. The 23-year-old suffers from globophobia — a fear of the party favourites. ‘My fear comes from anticipation of them popping,’ she shuddered.
