Ed Sheeran doing welly to keep Calvin Harris off the top spot

LOOKS like Ed Sheeran needs to give it some welly as he battles Calvin Harris in the UK album charts.

The superstar singer is currently beating the DJ in the race to No.1 — but only just.

A teeny tally of 650 sales separates his album ÷ and Calvin’s new record Funk Wav Bounces Vol.1. Calvin, 32, is edging it in downloads though, reports the Official Charts Company.

Ed, 26, filled his boots yesterday, sharing a snap of himself pouring beer into a welly-shaped glass.
