Drake upstaged as he blings his dad to his record-breaking night night

DRAKE risked being upstaged by his dapper dad as he made history at the Billboard Music Awards.

The Hotline Bling singer brought his hard-to-miss pops — who was dressed in a purple suit — on stage to accept his top artist trophy.

‘Look at my dad looking sharp!’ he gushed.

Drizzy also used the occasion to bury his six-year beef with show host Ludacris. The singer, 30, said: ‘I’ve always been a big fan. I got a lot of love for you. I want to let you know that face-to-face.’

After beating Adele’s record by winning 13 gongs on the night, he offered some expletive-laden life advice to fans.

‘Life is like a roll of toilet paper. You’re either on a roll, or taking s*** from an a******,’ he said.
