Dolly Parton’s doing bedtime story stint

DOLLY PARTON is set to do a Tom Hardy — by reading a fairy tale for CBeebies’ Bedtime Story show.

The 9 To 5 singer will read Dog Loves Books, by children’s author and illustrator Louise Yates.

Dolly, whose Imagination Library encourages children to develop a love of books from a young age, said it was an ‘honour’ to be asked to do the show.

The 71-year-old, who follows in the footsteps of Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme, will read her bedtime tale on October 25.
