Designer Tom Ford says frock you to silent celebs

TOM FORD is demanding gratitude from celebs who tap him up for a free frock.

The designer, 56, whose clients include Gwyneth Paltrow (pictured above), refuses to supply gowns for red carpet events if the recipients won’t give him any publicity.

Asked about stars who insist they want to talk about more ‘important’ issues than their outfits, Ford told WWD: ‘I don’t dress those people. If I give you a free dress and someone asks who it is, you need to say who it is. Otherwise, why am I giving you a free dress?’
